A cozy 160-square-meter apartment, accommodating up to 5 people, decorated in a traditional Venetian style, located on the first floor of an historic building without an elevator. We’re in the Cannareggio district, one of the liveliest and most popular areas with tourists, right in the heart of Venice, full of restaurants and trattorias, shops, and bars. The location is strategic and serves as an excellent starting point for visiting Murano, Burano, and Torcello; the ferry stop is about a 5-minute walk away.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a table, two armchairs, a 32-inch TV, a piano (available for use), and a portable air conditioner;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, closet, dresser, and portable cooler;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, a dresser, and a portable cooler;

- BEDROOM III with a single bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning via portable air conditioners (one in the living room and one in bedrooms I, II, and III), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is one step at the building’s entrance.

The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor.

The portable air conditioners CANNOT be moved.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Venice. Starting April 25, a pilot program for the access fee to Venice’s historic centre will be in effect. By following the instructions in the template, you can download the voucher to gain free access to Venice’s historic centre.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Located in the Cannaregio district, the apartment serves as an excellent starting point for visiting Murano, Burano, and Torcello; the ferry stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Nearby is Strada Nuova, which runs through the entire Cannaregio district from the train station almost all the way to Rialto. This is one of Venice’s liveliest areas, with its traditional taverns, the market, and shops of all kinds. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Rialto and a 20-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. Nearby are the Venice Casino, the Jewish Ghetto, and the Cà d’Oro.

The Venice Ghetto is located right in this sestiere; it can be reached via a “sotopòrtego” (covered passageway) at the foot of the Ponte delle Guglie, where the iron hinges of the doors that once closed off the Ghetto at night are still clearly visible.
