The garden where we had breakfast was very well kept everything was very nice. The people were wonderful very helpful. Water taxi was right outside our door available to us easy traveling from bus to water bus From airport bus line number five take to the end pick up a water taxi to S Toma line one or two

Great hotel fairly central to Venice centre.

The hotel looks recently refurbished to a high and sumptuous standard. The rooms were well presented, although the superior room was on the small size. The shower had a secondary hand held outlet. Breakfast was a plentiful continental affair but with a very limited hot selection. Roughly 25 mins walk to San Marco Basillica.
