SituĂ© au centre ville de Mestre, avec ses commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. À 10 min Ă  pied d’un hub permettant d’aller Ă  Venise, piazza Romane par bus ou tram, vaste appartement, au 2eme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, pour 4 personnes, pouvant accueillir 2-3 personnes supplĂ©mentaires en utilisant le sĂ©jour (3 couchages possibles, comme chambre supplĂ©mentaire). Climatisation dans le couloir uniquement permettant de refroidir l’ensemble correctement Ă  condition d’utiliser les ventilateurs du plafond Ă©galement. Cuisine manquant un peu de place et d’ustensiles.

We really appreciated the host, who was willing to work check in with our travel schedule. We parked our rental car in the parking garage which was fairly close to the property. The apartment is located right in the center of the shopping area so there was plenty to do and lots of places to eat.

Perfect place from which to explore Venice

Nearby there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and a lively neighborhood complete with a bookstore right below the apartment! Buses going to venice are right outside (you can pay on the bus, but ask which ones go to Venice). There is much to do in the evenings and the apartment itself had big high ceiling rooms which our kids loved.

The property was okay, but more communication was needed. Calling a taxi was difficult because we only had the address of the apartment, and “cabs don’t go there.” We weren’t always able to get a response with the numbers we were given-how to use the washing machine or turn the heat on and off. Lots of stairs when you have a weeks worth of luggage for three people. No place to dry the clothes

We are all senior citizens. Aware of 33 steps of the stairs with luggage from other reviewers. Don’t recommend if you have back or knee issues. The rooms are clean, owner is helpful with taxi arrangement. However we booked the apartment with 3 bedroom +2 bathrooms, only 2x1 were provided with the same price. One of the bathroom was locked up and no 3rd bedroom seen which was a bit disappointment.

Very centric locale

The apt was very comfortable and clean. Very easy access to the bus to Venice. Restaurants and grocery stored were close by. Would recommend that in the description you include that the apt is on a 2nd floor and you have to climb 55 very steep steps. I’m 66 years old and had to carry 2 suitcases weighing aprox 46 lbs each which took me a long time to climb.

Great apartment for our trip with 6 friends!

We rented this property for a trip with 6 friends and we had an amazing experience! The apartment was in a nice location and we felt very safe. It had everything we needed and it was nice and clean! The hosts were incredibly helpful and gave us so many recommendations for things to do, places to visit, and how to get from place to place! They were available for any questions and helped us out with anything we needed. They also were very flexible and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to our check in time, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend booking this apartment and it was perfect for our trip!

Riccardo's communication was very prompt. He answered all questions and was a clear communicator. His instructions for finding the apartment were very easy to follow. Beautiful apartment

The apartment is very large and well thought out. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The area has many shops, cafes and restaurants. 2 cafes right outside your doorstep! Supermarket is very close and so is the tram and bus line to venture into Venice. We really enjoyed our stay and Riccardo (Ricky) was very helpful....thanks again Ricky!

This apartment is perfect for visiting Venice. You can really enjoy the peaceful center of Mestre, then walk about two minutes to the bus stop and ride straight into Piazza Roma in Venice. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very large and comfortable, and very clean. Ricardo did an excellent job of staying in touch, meeting us promptly for check in, and took care of everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is in a quiet pedestrian zone. There are cafes and restaurants literally right outside the apartment to enjoy before and after a long day of sightseeing in Venice. An excellent choice and highly recommended! Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be for you, but if you can handle the climb you will be very happy you chose this as your place to stay.
