Do not stay here! I'm typically not the type of person who leaves bad reviews but this is a necessity. This hotel was dirty, dingy and reeked of weed. There is only one elevator for 7 floors. Our room didnt have any of the "amenities" listed on the advertisement. The beds were broken and creeked/cracked every time you touched them. While looking for bugs (as I do at every hotel), we found used Q-Tips between the mattress and box spring. The shower didn't work on the first day. The halls are so narrow that you can't pass in them. And the parking lot had the smallest spaces known to mankind. Not to forget the overflowing dumpster that smelled of urine or the multiple drug deals that we witnessed. When we alerted the front desk of the issues, we received an "ok" and that was it. They didn't even ask how our stay was, but looking back, its probably because they knew it was going to be awful. This "resort" is nothing like the pictures or description and should be avoided at all costs!

Eddie was very nice helping with check in. Rooms and hotel in general needs repairs. Dirty floors. Smell of cannabis kept us on a high not chosen by us. Pictures online are misleading. Beach convenience was wonderful but not much else. Housekeepers acted like they didn't speak English when asked questions or highly inconvenienced. Most quests we spoke to had same fellings of hotel. Too bad because could be a wonderful place.

Gross

The smell of marijuana is everywhere. You'll pay a resort fee upon arrival because they have a tiny pool and 4 video games. No breakfast, just meh...and was expensive....too expensive for what you get. Parking is across the street in an open lot and is crowded. The balcony off room was small but ok view and pretty gross as the AC unit drips all over it ...it's just kinda gross all around. Has one elevator that also has a smell of marijuana and moldy socks...it's super hot in the narrow hallways and we waited in line for the elevator several times before deciding just use the stairs...which was an upgrade from gross to disgusting. The door on side we used to exit the building was adorned with piled up garbage and an old toilet...like a whole toilet. We will not be returning and recommend staying anywhere else.

Please make sure your guest decal is showing my vehicle was towed same night of check in staff didn’t check that my vehicle was registered there and I was parked in the correct parking lot it made the rest of my stay very inconvenient spent the afternoon getting my vehicle back from tow yard and looking for a parking space when I got my vehicle back the parking is across the street from hotel and it was completely full stayed close to my vehicle because of NO Parking crowded and definitely didn’t want to get towed again when I finally returned to my room 1030 at night tv work went to the front desk for assistance she said help was gone went to sit on balcony part of the chair was broken the hotel could use a lot of upgrades only one elevator needs couple more for the amount of guest that stays there and spray for roach the staff was very friendly Andrew and Jean were excellent and exceptionally kind went beyond to make the rest of my night ok other than that the property is perfect location for oceanfront

Nice staff, terrible hotel

Lights didn’t work and had to have maintenance in the room working on them within 5 minutes of getting into the room. Mold in shower. Cracking and dirty walls. Wobbly beds that sounded like they were going to collapse just sitting down on them. Uncomfortable mattress. Everything was outdated and just felt generally dirty. One elevator for the whole hotel that the flooring was coming apart in, took way too long to go up and down, and felt unsafe. We ended up using the stairs every time up and down. The hallways felt like there was no air conditioning. Terrible experience for the price.

Parking is HORRIBLE!!!! Several people got towed. They have off site parking if their lot gets full. They take a pic of your parking pass and text it to someone at I think capri. I was given a map and told that someone would be there waiting for me so they could move the cones and let me in. No one was there. And I waited as long as I could due to traffic. Went to the lot and found a parking space. We have a truck and the parking lot is so small and tight it is very difficult to get into the spaces. Pool also had a lot of sand in it and will continue to until someone washes the sand away from the outdoor shower area. No point in rinsing off your feet when you have to step in sand to move. On a positive note our fridge didn’t get cold the first night. The second morning I said something to the front desk and he brought us a new fridge very quickly.

The location of this hotel is great. It’s beachfront, and you have a great ocean view. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, this property was very costly for what you’re getting. The rooms are a nice size but very basic in terms of quality and amenities.

The parking being a block over was a hassle. They had sand all around the pool and in it. Wouldn't restock towels by the pool. The towels in the room were dirty and the shower walls are stained brown. There is no mirrors inside the bathroom. No closet. Wobbly furniture. Hand no bar soap extra. The shampoo and lotion barely came out of the bottles and there was barely any shower water pressure. I don't plan on coming back here.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great and we liked all of the restaurants and things to do around the hotel. Some things that could have been improved were a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom, a larger nightstand. Overall, it was a good experience and a great price!!

I like the hotel location and its ocean view from the room. 3 things we think they can be improved: The water pressure from the shower head was too low. the moldy smell in the hall ways and the ice maker and vending machine were located on the 3rd floor hallway outside the rooms, we were awakened by the guests using ice machine a few times while we're sleeping at night... not pleasant.

PROS: spacious waterfront room; firm queen-size beds; soap and shampoo and conditioner provided (in dispensers on wall); great location steps from beach CONS: check-in took over an hour (they need more than one person at the desk); one (very very slow) elevator; finally got to 6th floor and room key did not work; took stairs back down to registration (loooong line); the water machine in lobby was out of order; the ice machine works but there is no ice bucket in your room (so had to use a coffee cup from lobby); parking is included but is is off-site and very tight (if you have a van/truck - good luck); water pressure in shower very weak OTHER: the public showers on 18th St are not working (they've been sealed off - so I'm guessing it's not a temporary out-of-order situation), so it's impossible to rinse off before returning to hotel unless you want to go through lobby, walk to the pool, find the outdoor shower in the far corner; there is a public parking deck right next door to the hotel - would be nice if the hotel offered complimentary parking at that location
