I will definitely be coming back to stay here. The Front desk staff were polite and made check-in process simple. Parking we a bit of a squeeze but easy. My only issue was the AC in the living room area did not work, had to rely on the AC from the bedroom to cool the rest of the area. Overall a great place to stay!

The AC in the main room was leaking. We were giving towels to clean up the leak. The AC unit upstairs was leaking into our unit, and we were given more towels. The main room had a huge Ant problem, probably because of all the water. Nothing was done. Online, it clearly said the washer and dryer were inside the room, but they were not. The manager asked me what the difference was and why it was an issue.

This property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels in Virginia Beach, and this was definitely one of the best. The kitchen was equipped with full sized appliances, it was clean, and everything was in working condition. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed, the bathroom was clean, and nicely sized. I had the pleasure of checking in with Kyla and David. Their customer service was exceptional. I had a small issue with the balcony door when i arrived, the engineer that was sent fixed the issue with no problem and he too was kind, helpful and everything you would hope for as a grandmother traveling alone, with her two adolescent granddaughters. On day two, I had the pleasure of interacting with the concierge, whose name I can't remember, forgive me; however he too was exceptionally kind and informative. Day three, I interacted with another member of the front desk team, I can't remember her name either, but you guessed it, she too was phenomenal. She assisted with giving towels to my granddaughters for the pool and engaged them in conversation. I saw several staff members and each one was kind and helpful. It was a wonderful establishment with a wonderful group of staff. Thank you, I will be back. 💖

First time staying at this property and the staff is great and welcoming, I wish I knew the young lady that checked me in on Sunday she was so sweet and very professional. I have stayed at other beach hotels and this was the first one that the room did not have sand all over even after HK clean the room.i also felt safe at this hotel knowing you won’t have strangers/homeless people wondering the property as you need you key to access all doors and for the main elevator going to the floors.

love the pool , love the workers , very friendly, love that was oceanfront hotel but the check out was too early ..(10:00am) not like most of the others hotels…. I ask for late check out and they only do until 11.. so it was like i stay in any other hotel. just be aware of that. other than that the hotel was awesome.
