I consider myself a frequent flyer because this was my 6th or 7th time staying here. Why? Location location location. It's close to restaurants and a freeway entrance. It's an older building (or appears to be) but it's well maintained and the staff is always nice... especially Brianna who I've developed an excellent rapport with because she seems to always be at work 😀

The receptionist was very nice. But the room has issues. The shower curtain rod is about to fall off the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed during the shower. There is no toilet paper roll holder. The closet door is off its track. After a long day of driving I am too tired to move rooms. I will take this up with the manager tomorrow morning.

The room was ok, the heater/cooler wish someone would tell you that the climate controls are on the wall. Didn’t know the wifi. Check in was speedy and the check in process was easy. Not enough parking specially when you don’t know the neighborhood or all the people walking around outside so you want your car close but the parking is small/tight. Could have had more towels in the room. The bed was sinking in. You could tell the room wasn’t that clean as there were someone’s shoe in the closet and the tables had stains.

The front desk person was very nice. The breakfast was not open at 6 a.m. as we were told. I quit waiting so don't know what time it opened. The room was very nice.

Early flight. Can't comment on breakfast. However, location to airport was less than 10 minutes, and although hotel is a bit dated, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. Check-in was great and very pleasant agent.
