The room was in okay condition; it was clean and tidy- although did find lots of trash/used towels under the/behind the couch and bathroom sink. Staff was very kind and the "complimentary" breakfast served was delightful, one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall, not bad just needs to be cleaned a bit better.

The cabinet the TV was above was broken at the bottom left of side. The room was clean but the pillows were entire too soft. No support and woke with stiff neck and headache. I don't mind soft pillows but these had NO support at all.

Fabulous staff. Checkin easy. Very nice breakfast buffet. However, mattress was old, kept rolling into body grooves. Gauze curtain in 2nd floor room with large high light over oarking lot shining in. Decorative drapes at edges of window-not designed to close. Tough to sleep in near daylight conditions

Staff was friendly, good price, breakfast was decent, gym was in good shape, rooms seemed clean - but definitely needed some broader repairs. Beds were uncomfortable (or overly soft, so for us). Good stay.

This is one of the best staff in any hotel in the world. I travel constantly and the miles are wide. Anytime I walk into the lobby I’m met with a warm smile, helpful air & just wonderful people. Love them all!
