Last year we stayed on the 4th floor this year we stayed on 11th both oceanfront but for some reason the water pressure was very low this year. The valet parking was much better last year. This year we waited at times an hour plus for them to bring our vehicle. The last day we wanted to get an earlier start home and we waited an hour for them to bring our vehicle. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to walk and get security to bring it. Overall we had a great time.

Excellent customer service goes a long way

We had a fantastic stay! Sydni and Kiana at the front desk were truly wonderful — welcoming, kind, and made everything easy, even when our original room wasn’t available. The hotel is pet-friendly, relaxing, and the onsite restaurants exceeded expectations. Valet had minor issues, but overall, a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Ehhhh.

Over crowded and understaffed. Paid extra for late check out. $100 for 2 hours. They deactivated our cards in the middle of it. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes to reactivate. Bet we spent 2 hours total waiting for “valet” to bring our car around
