Ocean view room was great. Beds werd comfortable. Only issue was dried stains from a chocolate shake on the curtains, the air conditioner, and the closet door from a previous guest. We informed the front desk. We cleaned the air conditioner and the closet door ourselves. No one came to clean the curtains.

Unfortunately my checking was very unpleasant. The staff member who help me with my check in wasn't happy with my choice of reserve my stay throughout Expedia. She keep asking why I didn't reserve directly with the hotel, questioning how much I paid, and even mock me when she told me that I had to pay a fee for parking. The hotel was amazing, but I am not sure that I would stay again, because my check in experience.

The staff was not as friendly as last year when we stayed. There seemed to be a lot of different people at front desk. The pool was "mostly" closed but I did get to swim once. The hotel is dog friendly with treats available. The breakfast is large and varied and you can request different hot items if you have special dietary needs. Our bed was comfy and room smelled good. Shower good, fridge very cold, elevators fast, rooms all face ocean. Why is there a parking fee? And even tho' lot empty we were warned not to leave car there after check out when we requested a few extra hours. This is our second stay here. We would return.

The pool is closed bc of a piece of plastic hanging over the pool area that could easily be removed with the scaffolding they have out front. Literally the only reason we booked that hotel. There was dog hair all over the floor. The shower had black hair all over it. Which we didn’t realize until after my son went to bed so they couldn’t even come in to clean it. Our room was not ready at 4pm as promised. Will not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice family friendly hotel. Indoor pool was smaller than expected. It was inconvenient when we had to grab extra bath cloths from downstairs. Ocean view was beautiful but balcony could use a paint job. Overall decent stay.

The room itself was clean but the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were dirty. Not just with dried liquids. The lotion bottle had lotion hanging out of it that was discolored and black in color. The staff was friendly and greeted you when they saw you. Good variety for the breakfast
