The property is in a great location, the staff is attentive and always helpful - no matter what time of day or night, great breakfast, can rent chairs and umbrellas on beach, you can valet one car per room and the best part is you can bring your dog. There were multiple dogs during our stay so was able to get my dog fix. Also, excellent for families.

Location and service were all great. Rooms were clean and even though the pool was small it was great to cool off. I liked how the AC was new and quiet. Ocean view was beautiful. I had doubts about valet parking but it was worth it.

We stayed here for three nights and booked two rooms. While the front desk staff and valet were friendly, the cleanliness and housekeeping issues will prevent me from ever returning—and I would not recommend this property to anyone. We experienced housekeeping problems every single day across both rooms. One day, they failed to sweep one of the rooms, replace towels, or empty the garbage. This is a beach hotel, so keeping rooms clean is especially important. My mother’s bed still had sand in it from the previous day, and when we called the front desk for assistance, they rarely answered the phone. The shower in my room also had visible mold. I took a photo and reported it, letting them know this was unacceptable—if I do not tolerate mold in my own home, I should not have to see it in a hotel room that cost nearly $2,000 for our stay. Save yourself the frustration and spend a little extra to stay at the four-star Marriott Oceanfront down the road. This was my first—and last—stay at a Hyatt.
