The property, room, convenience, dining, pool, staff, etc. were wonderful. The only downfall was having to pay for wifi?!?!?! $10 for a guest a day is outrageous

My wife and I had a terrible time at your property. It was our Anniversary and Valentine’s Day. Some of the support staff was extremely rude, there was unusual noise in the room, the “ocean view” was very limited. I spent over $900 for 2 nights, she and I were very disappointed.

A modern and stylish stay in VA Beach

The hotel is very nice, modern, stylish and spacious. We went to celebrate the new year with our teenage daughter. I’m sure during the summer months there’s a lot more going on, but we had a nice relaxing time together. The indoor pool is wonderful, perfect for families with kids. The restaurant downstairs is expensive and portions are small so I would recommend to explore other options. The rooftop restaurant is great but we couldn’t get reservations ( the party was 21+ only) Parking is tight but on site. Staff super friendly even when a drunk customer insulted the bartender on NYE. Overall a great place to check out. Might be worth coming back in the summer.
