Need a great beach getaway? INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL!

This beautiful home is only steps away from the beach. With its 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, we have enough space for the whole family to enjoy some fun in the sun! Let the kids enjoy the foosball table, pool table, and air hockey table, while you lounge in the indoor pool, outdoor pool, or hot tub. Have a friendly game of basketball on our oversized paved driveway with basketball net. Don't forget a cookout after a long day at the beach with our gas grill and covered tables out back. Tres Palmas has everything you need for a great vacation with all your loved ones. Check in on Saturday (months of July-August). Three nights minimum only on the off-season months, except for holidays, holidays require a seven-night minimum.


**The Indoor pool is NOT heated from May 1st to October 15.
**You can request it be heated for an additional fee of $1000 per week.

Very nice property with easy access to the beach. The rooms were very good and the overall layout of the kitchen and dining room area were great. Nice open floor plan allowing everyone to get together, cook, eat and interact. Very nice for family vacations and reunions.

Tres Palmas is the perfect vacation home for large gatherings. The location is great, near the beach in a quieter area but easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal for individual couples/families to have privacy and comfort. The large upstairs living, dining room is AMAZING! Our family of 19 could sit together for meals while overlooking the ocean. And then the backyard
spectacular. The outdoor pool provided hours of fun and relaxation. The sheltered area with a large table and many chairs could not have been nicer. Having game rooms, a hot tub, indoor pool (weather was great so we didn’t use this) and the beach a two minute walk away simply made for a setting where there was always something to do. Phenomenal!Communication with the owners was easy. They were immediately responsive to answer questions or address needs on those very few occasions where it was needed. We are so grateful to them that they shared this beautiful home with us.

We had a wide array of ages from 5 to 74 and this place had something for all of us. It was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen and family room area was large. We all had plenty of space. I would recommend this property!

Beautiful house, beautiful view

Our extended family stayed to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. There was something for everyone — multiple pools, beach, beautiful views, and lots of space to accommodate a big group having a great time. Perfect place to create lasting memories.

Sandbridge

The pool was green and the children lost pool time until it was resolved which took several calls. The person who came to clear up the problem said the pool has a serious leak. Additionally, we had ants in the kitchen area contacted the management company and they eventually sent over some ant spray which we had previously purchased on our own. The fire alarm went off apparently due to a defective sensor at around 4:00am. They said they would send some out but no one showed up.

Large Family Vacation

First time using VRBO. Great location. Excellent communication. We had family from 4 years old to 70+. Photos, description, everything was exactly as listed. Shelby was quick to respond to our needs. Property was clean, easy acces to the beach, great pool. Some bathrooms were small that had to be shared but bedrooms were all adequate. Only negatives were minor maintenance issues (several broken closet doors, pool lights out). Shelby responded quickly to texts and had the pool guy come fix the light. Shelby also allowed me access to the linen to get what we needed. She was very responsive to meet our needs. Everyone in our party gave a high rating.

Perfect!

I brought together 12 employees who are spread out throughout the US for an in-person team retreat. This house was perfect for that. From the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, to the ginormous dining table, to the multiple refrigerators, to ample seating, I could not have chosen a better location!

Virginia Beach 2023

We came down to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had the most incredible time. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The weather was amazing and we had the best beach day (SUPER close to the house)! We went to downtown Virginia Beach and had a delicious dinner at Chix on the Beach (10/10 recommend)! We will definitely be looking to book again in the near future!

Memorial Day getaway

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, extremely spacious and updated. Even though it is a street back from the ocean you still have wonderful ocean views. The pool and hot tub are great and the indoor pool was perfect for rainy days. The house was super clean, new appliances, bright and inviting. Shelby was easy to work with and very responsive. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
