The stay was ok did find roaches in our room. Could not be moved due to the hotel being full. On the check-in app, it offers an early check-in for $30.00 more but when we got there the lady at the front desk said they never approve it and to come back at 4 pm. Ceilings were leaking in the walkways.

The hotel felt run down. We had 4 people in our room and no bath towels in the room on check in. We called the front desk for towels and they brought us bath mats and hand towels. There was also a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod when we got into the room.There was what appeared to be a few small spots of blood on the bottom edge of the bedspread of one of the beds.

You have to pay an extra fee if you check in before 4pm, so I guess no one did and I had 15 people in front of me inline at 3:45pm. The hotel was filthy and the room was even worse. Sheets were stained and the TV remote was sticky with something. I will never ever stay at the Ramada again.

The location of the hotel was nice and convenient. The pictures on the website do not represent what the hotel actually looks like. The pictures show a nice clean hotel. The rooms were not clean. There were stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the walls. The bathroom wasnt clean, the rooms smelled like cigarettes.

Great location but not a great facility

If there was ever a place in need of reinvestment and upgrades. I've never stayed in a Ramada or Best Western before because they just don't have a great reputation and if this is the expectation, I won't be there again. The room and hotel was just 'icky' and I didn't want to really touch anything, even the TV remote. The tub was stained so I made sure to wear my flipflops while showering. The place just felt old and unclean. The location was great but I wouldn't stay there again. Glad it was only one night...

I booked four rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, we did not receive housekeeping service even once during our entire stay. Three of the rooms did not have towels or soap upon arrival. We requested housekeeping multiple times, but no one ever came. This was very disappointing and far below the level of service we expected. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and let me know how the hotel intends to make it right.

Ocean front room with a beautiful view. They can do a better job cleaning the public areas such as hallways and elevators. The room was okay for a budget hotel. Nothing crazy negative to say. The view from the balcony is amazing and the sound from the ocean is very relaxing.

The hallways are filthy and stinky and so as the gym.Our sliding door got locked out and took them a while to come fixed it.The house keeping took 5hrs before they come to cleaned our room.Staff is not very friendly

Not the best hotel I've stayed at but not the worst either. Hotel needs major updates and a coat of paint! The bathroom was not clean and the fridge didn't work (it was frozen over) the beds were clean and comfy. They need more cots for customers. They got me one as soon as they could but I slept 2 night's of our 4 night trip on the floor because the beds were not big enough for the amount of people. The front desk staff was excellent!!! They were so friendly and accommodating! The views were excellent!
