Smelled like marijuana all throughout the building. The carpets were extremely dirty in the halls. Could really be a nice place if the owner made sure the staff was keeping things clean. Expected so much more and was let down by the cleanliness.

Hard mattress, small bathroom, outdated appliances, microwave had rust and didn’t spin, rugs smelled musty, front door jams, balcony door didn’t have a screen and it had to be slammed in order to lock it. Room was clean; very outdated and in need of some repairs but overall a nice room. I did purchase an ocean view room however they put me on the 1st floor and the view was blocked by the shrubbery
