Cancellation Policy: Guest can cancel for up to 50% refund for 30 days prior to their stay; after 30 days, host keeps 100% of fees

A: We use a smart lock, and you will receive a keycode prior to your arrival for easy, contactless check-in.

A: Yes, the condo is equipped with central air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Q: Is there a cleaning service?
A: The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest check-out. Additional cleaning services can be requested for longer stays.

Q: How far is the beach?
A: The beach and the Virginia Beach boardwalk are just a 1/4 mile away, a short walk from the condo.

Closest Airport:
- Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is the closest airport, approximately a 20-minute drive from the condo. Direct flights are available to/from many major cities.
1. Keep it smoke-free and pet-free ($500 fee for pets).
2. Wash and put away used dishes.
3. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
4. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
6. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
7. Max three guests per bedroom.
8. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $110.
