"This property is HUGE. Like there is a train from the front lobby to the rooms huge so be prepared to walk a lot if you don’t want to wait for it. This resort really does have tons to do if you didn’t feel like going out and exploring though. The lagoon that feeds in from the ocean is full of turtles, fish and manta rays . You can rent various water toys to enjoy in there. We rented 2 kayaks for an hour for 90 bucks. The pools are large and have slides etc perfect for families with kids. We never ate on the property but there are plenty of little strip malls a few min drive away with various options. Only con in that the parking is 48 a night so you end up with an astronomical bill after already spending a lot to be there in the first place. Also in 6 nights room service did not come once. I finally asked at one point when they would come because we were out of towels. They said the skipped us because our do not disturb sign was on but we removed it daily between 8-10 am once we were out and ready for the day. Had to call a second time for toilet paper. I feel like after spending thoughts being able to get room service would have been nice. All in all they were super nice when we called and brought us what we needed right away."
