"The villas are spectacular. We received impeccable service throughout our stay. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes the return so much more pleasant. To return home with everything clean relieves so much added pressure and anxiety. We cannot wait to return. "

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

"Need some updating. Some appliances doesn’t work. Especially the stove. Hard to cook food and the knife would not cut anything. Requested a dinning table light area to be fix because hard to eat if you could not see anything but it never got fix."
