At first glance the hotel looks beyond overly basic as you pull up to park. Bit the rooms are super comfortable with good bed and ac. The staff went waaayyyy beyond normal for anything I needed. That alone is always impressive at budget hotels.

The best news is that the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean, and the TV reception was good. The hallway and parking lot had trash. The property has potential and needs some TLC.

A quick place to shower and sleep very inexpensive. The shower and bed were clean. The room did have an outdoor to it, as the motel allows pets this may have been the odor in the room which was too strong for me. Breakfast is minimal we opted for the Kwik Trip across the street. Check in was fast and easy. It is connected to a bar but it was not noisy. For one night it did the job we were just passing through.

The first appearance of the exterior makes you think you picked the wrong motel. Sort of a work in progress. But let me tell you, the rooms are very nice. Clean and comfy. One of the best motel beds I've ever slept in. The toilets are low and small especially for taller people with bad knees which is a minus. Make sure you have ID at check in if you made online reservations tho. Owner is accommodating. Even offered to pick up food for us if we ordered it. Kwik trip is right across the street for an extra bonus. Also if you'd like a cocktail, there is an on-site bar.

This place smelled like mold and the bed felt wet. I was very hard to sleep in that condition. It doesn’t look like much is kept up on the property and definitely is in need of expensive remodeling. The towels and wash clothes were in stained and dingy looking. It’s unfortunate because attached to the hotel is a bar restaurant and the food is amazing, the drinks are great, and the owner and employees of the bar restaurant are super friendly and beyond accommodating.
