"Very nice and attentive staff. Great neighborhood for gluten free eating. Mezzinine area can be loud but rooms are quiet. Very clean rooms and quality bedding. Could be better shower pressure but nice walk in showers. TV in both rooms and they were large. Very comfortable sofa with plenty of space to eat at a table, refrigerator my microwave, good ac. "

"Room: Bed and living spaces were great. The coffee was awful, worst ever. The mini bar and snack items in-room were ridiculously over priced. The Bathroom had a lot of wasted space. The shower was tiny and the small bathtub is unnecessary and not useful. Restaurants: Jordan’s is one of our favorites, love it! The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. It was barely more than a continental breakfast. Casa Chi food was really good but extremely overpriced for the quantity. Area: the best area to stay downtown. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Overall, a nice place but could use some refinements."

"GORGEOUS view of downtown and Lake Michigan! Light filled room. Comfortable bed. Bathtub to welcome zen. Restful sleep nightly to embrace the day ahead. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Gym more than sufficient for maintaining my fitness goals while traveling. I appreciate renovated spaces that have retained their historic charm. Convenient to all Chicago has to offer. Will DEFINITELY return."
