Bed comfortable and staff nice but pool was closed for planned maintainance which was not the case when I booked and we were not told about this until check in. We were not offered any alternatives or compensation which is disappointing considering that the pool facilities listed/advertised that you pay to be able to use in the price were not usable.

We wanted to be near the water. This was a nice location. We were within walking of Navy Pier. The Aussie resturant in the hotel was surprisingly very tasty! Overall it was a great experience.
