First time staying here and we loved it! We traveled with our five year old and dog, and we appreciated how quiet the location was and the ski in/ski out aspect of it! Also loved the free bus that came by every 10 minutes and took about 10 mins to get to the village. Would definitely stay here again.

I just returned from Vancouver yesterday and stayed at Blackcomb Springs Suites by CLIQUE for four nights after coming back from Whistler. I almost stay here every year because this hotel offers great value for the price. The ski-in/ski-out access is extremely convenient, and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything we need, which makes our stay especially comfortable and practical. We truly enjoy staying here and will definitely continue to choose this hotel in the future, as we do almost every year. Thank you for providing such excellent facilities and a wonderful place to stay.

The room they put us in was down a hallway under construction, light outside the room on the floor/not working, room number was a sticky note, broken drywall on the ground. Adjacent rooms being plastic wrapped, construction debris in hallway. Also room was not mountain view, but a view into a retaining wall. They promised to move us in the morning, would call at checkout time. Waited, but no call. Went to reception and they claimed there were no notes about moving us. It took until 3 to move us, wasting day one of our vacation. An awful start but things were good after that.

The resort and location and staff were great. I am not happy that Expedia charged $562 for 2 nights and the resort rate was only $409.98 a difference of $150 and you will not give me a refund .
