Wonderful staff. Thought the check-in time was a little late. The suite was immaculate and very comfortable. The games room was in need of improvement. Only 1 badly damaged ping pong ball. It would also be nice to have some amenities in there and seating. Overall enjoyed the stay and it was great being on a shuttle stop.

While the property is a hike from the village, it is a great combo of quiet and secluded. The pool was good and one hot tub was closed. Due to the summer weather the pool was very busy and I would only suggest for improvement that the pool hours be extended with an earlier opening and that there be an adult only swim time, for example from 9pm to 10 pm. The beds are very comfortable and the toiletries were fabulous.

We liked the pool and hot tub. Too bad 1 hot tub was out of order. Was busy at 9pm both facilties. It was also great robes are in the rooms with pool towels. We liked using the kitchenette which was nicely stocked with utensils. However we did appreciate the child upstairs on the 6th floor running wildly for over an hour in the morning. We would return to stay again.

It's a quiet, safe and have free shuttle to and from Whistler village but has no food and coffee or restaurant near by. Not even complimentary coffee served for customers

The view was not as expected. Mountain view was a view of the drivewsy with mtns in the distance. One hot tub didn't work. The other was filled with children until it closed despite a sign saying no one under 19 allowed. We tried to go early the next day before the kids got up, but it didn't open until 10am and then was not hot. The view and hot tub were why we chose this hotel. The lobby vending machine didn't work, but there was no sign saying it was broken, so we didn't know until we asked for help. The shower never got warm even after 15 min. We stayed here before and loved it. We likely won't stay again.

I called ahead to request a room with a private balcony. The staff took that into consideration but unfortunately the balcony was so tiny I requested to change rooms. The person who checked us in was extremely helpful and found us a much better room right away and took me to see it first to make sure it was adequate. Housekeeping staff was great, front desk staff very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, they had someone bring it up right away. The room was great. The balcony only had one chair and no table but that was probably the only thing missing.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Loved having a kichen in our suite. Pool was nice. 1 hot tub was being used and was super busy, we did not get a chance to ise the hot tub due to being so crowded. Overall a good experience.
