I would give 0 stars if I could. My stay was mostly pleasant, until I requested to extend my stay. I am here on a work trip indefinitely until we hire a replacement employee for the area I was staying. I gave them two weeks notice for the stay extension and they requested I pay up front and sign a lease, to which I obliged. I understood this was an apartment and I was staying over a month at that point.
THE DAY that my original stay ended, I was on location for work taking appointments and I received a text saying that my stay could not be renewed due to my credit score. They gave me a minuscule fraction of the notice that I gave them and they did not even give me time to offer them a co-signer before they refunded me and locked me out.
I canceled my sessions for the rest of the day as soon as I received the text, a loss on daily revenue for the company, and as soon as I arrived I could no longer access the apartment to gather my things. They had already changed the digital door code.
I spoke to a wonderful apartment concierge who called this third party company for me and they gave me a temporary access code and just 30mins to get my things.
The absolute lack of respect for their guests is appalling to say the least. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that is supposed to be a place of hospitality.
I will never book through them again.
