This charming 3 bedroom home is conveniently located in one of the newest neighborhoods, Hawkins. Hawkins is close to the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Aviary Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, table shuffleboard, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends including a large pantry. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, his & her walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a large vanity with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Don’t forgot about your outdoor space! This home offers a charming lanai perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes 2 4-Seater Golf Carts w/Golf Club holders & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Excellent Place to stay

While this is a little south of Market Square, it was close to Brownwood and Sawgrass, close to the pool and 2 golf carts. Very clean newer place. I would certainly stay at this place again.

Overall good stay. The golf cart was very useful. The master shower needed a better cleaning but the rest of the house was spotless. It was a good stay.

Comfortable stay in The Villages

This modern house was well appointed and came with two golf carts which was perfect for our goup of 6. We had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable week long vacation. We were close to Sawgrass Grove as well as pools and rec centers for our entertainment.

Villages of Florida visit

The Villages are like Disney but for adults. Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom home with 2 gas golf carts. Every detail was meticulously maintained throughout the community. Very active area including golf, swimming pools, recreation centers and live music available at your convenience. Great area for 55 and up adults.

House location was great, house was super clean, decorated beautifully, management company helped us with any questions. Only issue was the sofa. It was like sitting on a wood frame with no cushion, uncomfortable for my husband and I. And it was the only furniture to sit on in the living room. We loved the house, but wouldn't rent this particular house again just because of the uncomfortable sofa. Suggest you consider replacing it. Other than that everything was great!

Perfect location for us.

We Stayed for a week and have been to The Villages many times due to family living here. We chose to stay in a rental even though we could stay with family. Traveling with 5 or 6 is much easier to have your own place to work from. Food shopping is close by car. You can get there by golf cart but it takes a little more time. Having 2 golf carts are the reason we stayed but do to only being there a short time and family living north we did not use them. Thank you for good communication.
