The room was spotless. The front office staff were very courteous. There was someone even at 3 AM to let the Airport Shuttle come & pick us up. Only negative is that I had them arrange a wake up call on 2 days. The 1st day, the system called on the dot @ 6 AM. On the 3rd day, I had to get up early to catch an early flight and the wake up call @ 1 AM never materialized.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was the pull out bed wasn't made and only one sheet was in the room instead of two.
