Room was looking a little run down, could use some updates but it was clean. Our room was by stairwell and lots of noise from that til 2am, kids running on upper floor room was very loud. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Yes the room felt neglected. The staff didnt communicate the process for adding an extra night w Expedia, as their rate was higher for one more night. So as we were in the garage getting winter tires on, we got a frantic call from our daughter-in-law who just has a newborn, that she was told she had to leave the room, wait in the lobby!!! I got it straightened out by phone call to front desk and had to return to put another deposit down for the night. We stayed 4 nights!!

There is no breakfast offered with your room at the Sandman and the Denny’s restaurant that is attached. It’s very expensive and the food is not that great.

The hallway and stair carpets were in rough shape. I have stayed there 7 times and this was the most noticeable wear and tear without update. I should have stayed next door at the Signature. We also had a storm, and the plow guys do the Signature first, so we were not a priority. Took forever to get out of the parking lot.
