ASK US ABOUT OUR NOAH'S ARK (5-minute walk) PACKAGE!

This tastefully decorated property is perfect for family vacations, golf trips, and girls' getaways. You will love the subtle nod to Bushwood Country Club from Caddyshack. The property boasts nine beds (NO BUNKS!) making it perfect for two foursomes on a golf trip. With almost identical upper and lower levels, it is also a perfect place for 2 families to share on a summer vacation. The indoor pool is right out our front door!

Updated in 2025, this property is located (not lakefront) with a partial view of Lake Delton in the Delton Grand neighborhood. Our pictures show an accurate view of the lake from our home. The neighborhood has an indoor pool and hot tub that is open year-round. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool that overlooks the lake as well as 2 private beaches. In the evening, you can bring a cooler to our beach and sit and watch boats and life go by on the lake.

Parking: We have a 2-car garage available to our guests as well as 2 parking passes that may be used in any of our lots.

Main Floor:
You will walk into our main floor area without needing to go up or down any stairs. This floor contains two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, full kitchen, laundry, and a balcony off the back and our best views of the lake.

Lower Level:
While you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the lower level, on the back of our building it is ground level so there are still some limited lake views. This level contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, kitchenette/wet bar, video games (Ms Pacman, Digdug, Golden Tee, etc...) and a patio with very comfortable seating.

Main Floor Bedroom #1 - King bed, large Roku TV, ensuite bath with shower and makeup station, 2 walk-in closets, and a twin sized day bed

Main Floor Bedroom #2 - King bed, Roku TV, twin daybed, large closet, adjacent bath with tub/shower and laundry.

Main Floor Living Area - Open concept with a full-kitchen and living room with great views. The gas fireplace is perfect in the winter. Enjoy watching the game on a 75" Roku TV with cable service. The 2nd level balcony offers great views and dining six.

Lower-Level Bedroom #3 - King bed, Roku TV, ensuite bath with tub/shower, walk-in closet with 2 twin folding beds (300 lb capacity)

Lower-Level Bedroom #4 - King bed, Roku TV, twin daybed, large closet, adjacent bath with shower.

Lower-Level Living Area - Lots of seating with electric reclining in most spots, large 75" Roku TV with cable service, bar/kitchenette area, 1Up Arcade Ms Pacman table version and Golden Tee upright version, bluetooth for speakers, and a great patio with comfortable seating options and a gas fireplace.

For you morning exercise types, there is a sidewalk or multiuse path around 90% of the lake and the 10% missing it is a quiet road.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of an owners closet that is located in the unfinished storage area of the basement.

We are available to help our guests but usually give them space to enjoy their time away.

Delton Grand is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, second homes, and vacation rental homes.
DELTON GRAND GUEST RENTAL RULES
Delton Grand is a premier condo association located on Lake Delton and is comprised of privately owned condos. Delton Grand allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families, long term tenants as well as fellow-guests. Excessive noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal laws may result in Guest/Guests, the Rental Party and any others
permitted on property by rental Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property
manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
● Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unit may use
the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.
● Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to the size of the condo. Occupancy limits are listed in each of the unit listings and guests are encouraged to look at each unit occupancy limit to ensure the unit can accommodate their party/family. Guests exceeding the capacity limit of the unit will be asked to leave. Refer to rental management rules for possible violation fees.
● Parking. Parking passes will be given for each unit rented. 1 Vehicle allowed for 1-bedroom units. 2 vehicles allowed for 2 or 3 bedroom units. Penthouse units 313 and 314 have assigned underground parking for 4 tandem parking spaces. 100 and 200 unit condos have 2 car garage that maybe available for guest use. No parking permitted for boats, trailers, RVs or any other recreational vehicles on property parking lots. Street parking is available and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street parking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing.
● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests.
● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight.
● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible
for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk
of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
● Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
● Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
● Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot (parking garage for 300 building). Do not put large trash in common area trash cans such as the one by the grills.
● Docks. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
● Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. Guests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NO docking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. Association may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight parking.
