Nice place. Sent to the wrong place to check in. They were not able to find our check-in information because my name was entered incorrectly. It took almost 2 hours for us to get checked in. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.

My wife and I booked a stay in Wisconsin for 6 weeks. However, the day before we were supposed to leave we were told that our original place had been cancelled and that we would be put in a place for 4 days and them moved somewhere else for 11 days and then they would figure out the rest. After the first 3 days I attempted to contact the agent who had been texting me, but got no response. I then called VRBO customer support and they could not find my booking, despite being on the phone with them for 2 hours. I tried calling all the front desks with whom we may have been booked with and received no answers. I tried contacting our agent several more times to no avail. Since I had to go to work the next day and my wife and 2 month year old daughter had nowhere to stay and no answers and where we would be staying we decided to find someone else to book through. I tried to cancel our "reservations" through VRBO and by contacting our agent but got no response. I am writing this hoping that someone can refund us for the trip because we did not stay in a single place besides those first 3 nights. This was the worst experience I have ever had through a booking agency, the lack of communication is really what made it terrible.

Worst Experience Ever!

I booked a different property managed by Resort Rental Pros. They cancelled literally A DAY before my trip, offering a new location however they adjusted the dates, shortening the trip. I thought they were comping the last day for the inconvenience (seeing as I've never in a million years heard of a hotel/lodging location not having your initial reservation made months ago available a day before you leave, and then thinking it's acceptable to charge the exact same amount but shorten the trip). I naively accepted based on my assumption, but hours later when I realized my mistake I tried to cancel for a refund. They refused to give me a refund so I could book elsewhere. VRBO was no help either, saying they can't reverse the charges as it's paid through Resort Rental Pros but they didn't offer a future credit either. Overall, literally the absolute worst experience with booking lodging in my entire life and I've traveled a decent amount. Needless to say, I will never again book through VRBO or on any property managed through Resort Rental Pros ever again!
