The Space

Well, the room we got was not what was pictured as we thought. Neighbors next to us had very loud kenneled up dog. Plus side we got a new room which was at least cleaner. Overall was alright stay, disappointed don’t get the room to think you are getting.

Nice Place

Nice clean townhouse with kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Eco friendly fragrance free laundry detergent was supplied. I was super grateful for that as I'm very sensitive to fragrances and did not bring any of my own. It was great to have our own quiet living space away from all the noise and excitement of the water park we were visiting family at.

Great golf getaway place

We had a great family vacation at Christmas mountain. We used some of the resort amenities including The Oaks golf course, mini golf and pool/hot tube. The location is also only 10 minutes from most of the places we wanted to go to in either the Dells or Lake Delton.

They said we were upgraded and changed our accommodations, which were very disappointed. We were supposed to have a grill. We didn’t have a grill. When we got there, there was only one chair on the front porch. When I called the front desk, the lady was less than helpful. I found some of the staff to be very unprofessional and not customer focused.

We had a wonderful time staying in this VRBO. The location was quiet and easily accessible. The staff was so very helpful, friendly, polite and accommodating with any request we had - even needing notary services. Everything was 5-star quality. This will be a regular stay for us!!

Getaway

The resort has a nice outdoor hot tub. The skiing/tubing was not open which was a bummer for my teenager. The timber was nice however not what was pictured (no fireplace) and we could hear our neighbors. The walls are very thin. We went into town to do some activities.

Birthday getaway

Check in was an easy process. Very friendly staff. The townhome was very clean and came with everything we needed. The townhome shown in the listing was not the same one we got. It was completely different looking. It was still nice though. Stairs leading to the townhome needs to be fixed. A loose step caused me to trip and fall down the stairs. I was bruised and bleeding and had to miss out on some of our activities. All in all it was still a good trip

Cottage 605

So just like the other reviews say, none of the pictures in the listing were the property we were assigned. We had rented a 1 bed/1 bath and did receive a free upgrade to a 2 bed/2 bath that was lovely. The kitchen was the largest that we’ve seen at any of the rentals in CMV. We were also near the big pool so that was nice. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The only amenity in the description that our rental did not have is a washer/dryer - but I may be the only one that does laundry on vacation. We would definitely stay here again. We also completely avoided the timeshare people in the lobby. They say you need to see them for a parking pass but you give your car’s year, make and model to the front desk so the property is aware of your vehicle and the vehicles of anyone staying with you AND if you have more than one car, the timeshare people never ask or offer an additional parking pass so I think it’s just a bogus excuse to get you to talk to them.

Be aware of this owner

I stayed at the townhouse last year and it was beautiful. I booked the same place this year and I got the cabin behind the campground. The cheapest place to stay. The owner is extremely rude and doesn’t want to answer the phone. I will never go back because there is a lot of lying and playing games. You will find yourself in very uncomfortable positions.

The unit in which we stayed was nice enough, but it wasn't the same unit pictured online and even wasn't the same unit pictured in the email that I received inviting this review. I'm not sure why this discrepancy is the case, but we would have preferred to stay in the unit pictured online and in the email I received inviting this review.

Resort Feel

My 2nd time staying at this resort. I received a small upgrade from what I initially reserved. A one bedroom townhouse was perfect for our needs. There are plenty of things to do on the property, which is the draw for me. (5 pools, putt putt, golf, Mulligans bar and grill, fishing etc.) *My only complaint is the body wash and hair conditioner was empty upon arrival. It was immediately replaced. Also only (1) roll of toilet paper was provided. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The property was great and felt nice and secluded but also a lot around. Which is what we wanted.. a nice cozy place to stay with a woods view but still close to the fun of the dells! The only down side was the check in cause how pushy they were to sit in the open house but we also understand that that is their job so yeah..
