The room is very small, but comfortable and extremely clean. I would suggest removing the bulky dresser in order to be able to move around the room a little better. Four people would be crowded, but it was just the two of us so it worked out just fine. The view from the balcony is the entire reason we chose this hotel - just beautiful. We were disappointed the restaurant downstairs wasn't open for breakfast, but we did find Denny's Diner on the other side of town, which was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

Dont let negative reviews stop you from staying here. We really enjoyed our stay. The most beautiful view of the river. Make sure you get a river view room. We did not use the pool or the restaurant. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very small but not a big deal for us. Very peaceful stay. No complaints at all.

The Perfect Place to Stay in The Dells

We have stayed at The Vue several times now. Every time the staff have been an excellent help and very friendly. Our rooms have always been clean and welcoming. The views from river side are photo worthy. I recommend splurging on the balcony. The location of the hotel is central, with quick and easy access to everything you will be doing in The Dells.

The room had an award smell there was a spider in our room. The room has no phone to call reception. Our light in our bathroom stopped working during our second night was unable to call for assistance since there is no phone in the room. Our beds were not done the following day.

Great staff both at front desk and Boathouse. Room is dated. Slow/single elevator. Dirty towel left under sink. A/C was loud as was being across from elevator. Balcony was nice with beautiful view. Non-carpeted floors would be better.
