We booked a king room. It was a good size room. Bright and airy. They are apparently in the process of upgrading their TV so that one can access you netflix or other online movie streaming network. Could not do it with the TV's that they had at the moment. Great to have a pool onsite. It said that it was heated but It certainly didn't feel heated. It was cold. Great location. Walkable to many eating places and shops.

Parking is tight if you have a large car and it can be a bit of a fight to find a spot, if you get a spot, try not to move until you leave. The access into the building from garage near the caged storage is good from upper lvl you come into hotel on lvl 2 near the lifts which is good for mobility challended people. Note the disabled parking is on the otherside of the lvl, nearby access unknown. Mobility room - Spacious room, large bathroom had a bath, grab rails around loo and general wall area not the bath. Shower drained to middle of the room rather than the shower drain, though i did not find the wet tiles slippery, it did have a folding shower seat. The rooms were reasonably clean, broken glass from some previous occupant on the balcony possible been there for some time as it was around the edges so if your walking in bare feet be careful and check first hopefully this was a one off but did make me wonder how often the rooms are cleaned properly rather than just refreshed for next guest. It was nice to have a balcony for access to fresh air the balcony furniture is two seats attached to a table, metal. It can't be easily moved and would limit access if you had a wheelchair or walker. Bed was very compfortable, though some extra pillow to be able to relax sitting would be nice. General noise was quite loud until about 1am mostly from drunk guests playing silly buggers in the hall not hotels fault just depends on the guests and what night/s your staying.

What hotel doesn't provide parking and not advertise the fact tu guests before hand! Sage Hotel Wollongong and to make things worse, the receptionist tried to justify why. Not good enough, will make me think twic e about staying in future

We had a beautiful view over the golf course and ocean from our balcony. It was worth paying for a room upgrade on arrival. Slight mishap with room refresh on day two, but it all worked out in the end. Thank you

Would’ve been great apart from… No vanity bench space, just a wall hung basin Very few power points, and none beside a mirror to blow dry your hair or beside bed to charge phones No USB ports anywhere Coffee pod machine was a nice touch but only two pods left for two people Only three milk pods left for two people Parking $25 per day extra - don’t bother, park on street overnight. Could’ve been fab with a touch more hospitality.

Great property right next to WIN stDuim cloae proximity to the entertainment centre, beach, pubs etc places inside motel to eat and dine, room service. Blue room bed blankets could be washed though they stick and smell stale havent been washed. More comfortable pillows could also be changed. Overall all a great little place to stay
