Parking easy, finding the facility difficult; the posted map wasn't helpful once I hit the road, and this hotel was not on the map for my phone. There's no signage on Victory or GW Memorial Highway so even when I caught a glimpse of the hotel passing by, I had missed the turn and there's no access from Sonic. The front desk attendant was not helpful, but only because she was not prepared for this issue. She looked young so not likely familiar with driving to hotels in this or any other areas.

The staff here cares and the hotel is very well taken care of and built. Most modern hotels have such prefabricated problems that never get fixed and are structurally in disrepair. The staff took care of small creature comforts with urgency and kindness and we felt safe as well. The security measures in place and the location were great pluses to a perfect experience. Thank you!

The room was clean, i liked the kitchen inside. I was very comfortable there and barely left my room. I ended up extending my trip for three more days because I liked it so much. The only negative is the people who checked in towards my last three days who had an obnoxious child who ran/stumped above me waking me up around 6am or around midnight. Oh and the signal went out on half of the live tv channels but I was supposed to be studying while there anyway so it didn't bother me too much.

For my stay, I had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st room was next to a pet room(a personal preference) not the hotel’s fault. However, the issues continued from there. The 2nd room was on the 3rd floor. When exiting the elevator, the hallways were extremely dirty, with dried mud throughout. The room itself had very thin walls. I arrived after 8 p.m. and was exhausted, but sleep was nearly impossible. The bed was a flimsy fold-out on aluminum supports that shifted loudly with any movement. I could also clearly hear my upstairs neighbor’s TV & even phones vibrating. There also is a kitchen but no pots, pans, plates, cups or silverware unless you pay for it. The next day, I noticed the room was not clean (hair and mud in the room). I went to the front desk to request another room, but the staff was rude/dismissive, to my concerns. Shortly after, the manager called & moved me to the highest floor at the end of the hall for quiet. The fourth-floor room was quieter, but still not as clean as expected. The final issue happened Friday evening. I left for the day & returned around 8 p.m. to find my room completely stripped—no sheets, pillowcases removed, pillows placed on a chair, and all toiletries thrown away. No one at the front desk could explain what happened, and there was no housekeeping available to fix the room. I did not receive a refund for the final night. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing.

The staff was very courteous. The room was okay. There was damage to the shower wall in the bathroom next to the shower head. There were several damaged spots on the walls and some trim was coming loose on the walls.
