"Two things I my room needed attention. The shower need work -the flow to the showerhead was very low because something wasn’t working right and it would only go into the tub a lot instead of it being pushed up to the showerhead, also the air conditioning was very noisy. It kept cool, but it was noisy ..."

Anaheim Resort Suites
"Booked a couple months in advance. Two days before we get a notification that the pool we’ll be closed for maintenance for 4 out 8 days were there. One of the main reasons we booked here. Then “Complementary” breakfast is served 6:30/10am but many time they’ll close early one time they even closed at 9:10am due to maintenance issues “One” drain in the floor(coffee) machine location. So they immediately started pulling out all the already cooked food so the people already in there could even eat. Many times the main breakfast items (eggs) ran out early 8:45ish am. and wasn’t replenished. When we brought up the pool issue they waived our resort fees. Although rooms were cleaned daily the quality was pretty poor one occasion they made the bed with scrunched up blankets still in the bed. And would NEVER replenish the wash rags any of the days but the last. I had to get them myself from the cleaners in the hallway. Over all I would recommend this place for the price they charged."
