"Everything was amazing. Nemo was great, some of the best sushi I've had. Hemingway was good, i had higher expectations but they didn't disappoint. Not the best food I've had, but i will return again. Staff was mostly helpful. Some were a bit laid back but i think that was consistent throughout all services on the island. The only complaint i had was that the room service cleaning could be better. I left the room sandy, room service came and left and when i returned it was still sandy. I dropped some highlighter on the floor as well and it was still there. They did not sweep or mop and the bathroom cleaning was also lacklustre. Beds comfortable, very near to everything. I appreciated that parking was available and the beach chaira were free. The hotel is also connected to the aquarium so that was another plus. The pools were 10/10"
