The first room has paint covers over the smoke detector and sprinkler head. No bedspread. The beds looked ancient and sagged terribly. The tub was rusted and there was dirt in the corners and along every wall. The hallway carpeting is filthy and it smells bad. The second room was only one bed for three adults. The room was no cleaner and the smoke detector was missing. The third room is barely acceptable. The beds are pathetic. The room is not clean. One elevator is out of order. The other one has a loose panel where the call buttons are located. This is a poor example of a motel never mind a Radisson and I wouldn’t suggest it for my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!

Not much to like or unique. What I didn't like was the fact that one elevator was not working and the other didn't instill much confidence. My shower bar was just about ready to fall off, the coffee seemed like it was there all day and not updated, when I left in the a.m. no one there at the front desk, as I wanted to make sure they knew about that shower bar. This comes from a property that secures a $150 deposit and many of the things in/around the hotel not updated.

I've stayed at this location numerous times. This time i felt the Motel experience and was a little disheartened. The sheets were old they had a yellow tint and the mattress was less than comfortable. Over all this place was a hidden gem and now it at best may need to be just hidden. I didn't stay I left and went to another Hotel. I didn't even bother to complain to the front desk for several reasons one they weren't going to give me my money back and for two when i got there they were not really helpful to an out of town couple haggling them out a deposit when it clearly not explained to the front desk. So if you have can request a preview of the room upon arrival. Oh and the outside picture you see that furniture looks like its been there for years replace it not a good look to be this dishonest!

You get what you pay for , the shower was all moldy and disgusting . The curtains were broken in the room. I will never book here again. I was there for 2 hours and checked out I was very grossed out.

Got the wrong room first of all gave me a room that had trash and paint in it. Elevator was broke bad only one to use. Keys never worked to doors ac didn’t work. People screaming in the lobby about bed bugs the smell of weed throughout the whole building. The hallways were 78 degrees only one ice machine at main level. The list could go on. Will definitely never stay again.

Awful stay, the room had food splatter on wall, toothpaste splatter all over the mirror frame, so much trash and food under the beds, spilt rice behind fridge. The beds had tiny terrible pillows and only 2 on each bed. The pullout couch bed was missing most of the springs so it barely held on. No bedding for it, and all stained up. The bed light was broken, the towel rack in bathroom was broke and laying on floor in closet. Room was booked for 5 people and only gave us 2 towels. Went to front desk to ask for stuff, said they had no towels and had no pillows. Said to me we had too many people in our room (site says room fits 6). Site said there was a Continental breakfast in the morning (that u have to pay for), but that was a lie, no breakfast at all. Every time I went to the desk (check in, for towels, or to ask a question) there was someone new complaining about something. Rooms where doors wouldn't lock, rooms with bedbugs, a lady got shocked by a device, or not being put in what they paid for. It was a terrible uncomfortable stay and I wouldn't ever return.

Not a bad property, but less than what I expected for a Radisson. Low price to attract guests, but this property is desperately trying to watch expenses. The bathroom had an extreme amount of molding caulking around the tub. Toilet seat was broken. HVAC unit was in need of cleaning and repair... made a lot of noise and didn't work well. King size bed was a Sleep Number, but the controls didn't work. Also had a 3"+ drop in the middle of the mattress. Pillows were so beat that you had to ball them up and layer them. It was fine for 1 night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

Firstly checking in was easy and quick. Unfortunately though on their website it says $10 per night for pet fee but when we got there they said it’s $50 per night, that “there was an update” which is false advertising. Then the hotel room was dirty and we couldn’t even use the freezer as it was full of old food and hair. Housing keeping seemed to have only one person so it took forever to receive service. Also, the elevators were out of service which really sucked for my spouse since he was on crutches. For some reason the key cards kept going out, so we had to keep going downstairs to get them working again just to get in our room, which was a hassle considering the elevators weren’t working. The WiFi not only sucks but also does not allow certain apps or websites so we had to download a VPN just to watch Disney Plus on my tablet. Other than that the good we got out of our stay was that it was close to many dining options, shopping and gas stations, the pool hours were late so late night swimming was great and the pool was warm, and the water gets really hot which made showers enjoyable.

The location is not bad. A lot of restaurants and quiet area. Don’t be fooled by the “Raddison” name this place is in desperate need of renovation. Every thing is old and a lot of broken things. The worst part is they require a $150 deposit which Expedia should know. I was really unhappy about that as were the others checking in but at that point you’re stuck. The place is really rundown but I did sleep well so something positive

When i firat checked in and went to my room there was damage to the carpet, drapes, walls, couch, and more. The bed looked like someone already slept in it. I asked for a diffrent room and was moved to a room with no couch or microwave. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes smoke made me nauseous. I took photos of everything in both rooms and showed it to the staff. I asked to cancel my reservation was was told once a request was sent over they would approve the cancelation. Then they denied the cancelation after i left and charged me the full stay amount. Worst hotel and staff ever.

The room we checked in was filthy, beer bottles on floor, dirty bedsheets, blood and appeared to be semen spots in bed sheets and comforter, spilled thing on floor was not cleaned so was smelly, fire alarm hanging from room, restroom consists of hair everywhere, not enough pillow case provided. When asked they not all pillows have cover. Could not cancel booking either because they blame on third party(expedia) booking. Contacted expedia, they also could not cancel the booking said manager nit available. Worst experience. Not a raddisson grade, some road side motel would be better maintained than this.

Night mare stay

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This was the worst lodging stay I have EVER experienced. The carpet in the lobby was extremely dirty, upon entering the room the toilet had feces in it. The down side of the comforter was also covered in feces. I returned to the desk to report this. I was given a new room and no apology. That room had electrical issues, smoke detector hanging from the wall, electrical outlet hanging out. Overall an extremely bad hotel.
