The young lady at the front desk was absolutely incredible. When we got to the room that was listed as a Jacuzzi tub room we walked into a complete disgusting mess. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. It has rings around the tub. It had dirt in the Jess. I did not even feel comfortable enough, stepping into the tub to take a shower. It definitely was not what was listed on the website. Along with when we pulled the covers back. There was a long black hairs on top of the sheets and stains. Not sure if the sheets were not changed or what happened on those sheets, but we did cover With our own blankets and towels. The kitchen wasn’t too far behind the bathroom on not being clean. Was a very disappointing stay I definitely would not recommend you anyone.

We had cups in the room, but no coffee pot, hot tubs still had hair in it from the people before.And we've paid for extended checkout, but at 11 a m they came knocking on the door and almost entering our room asking us if we were leaving I told them no paid for extended checkout.Five minutes later, the phone's ringing asking.If we were checking out, I then told the front desk.I paid for extended checkout.

We didn’t expect much paying only 85$ per night but I think one can except any hotel they stay at to be cleaned properly. I think the sheet and pillow cases were clean and the flowers and surface areas seems clean (enough)Our toilet was dirty, the shower had hair on the wall, hand marks and soap scum. The office chair was filthy. I would not stay here again. It’s hard to relax when you do t want to touch anything.

Very limited breakfast. Room was very musty and dirty. Was told no smoking, walked into room and it had definitely been smoked in recently. Lampshade had a layer of dirt and stains, bathroom wall had what looked suspiciously like blood spatter. Toilet didnt flush properly. Whole hotel smelled of weed. People were fighting in the lobby and police were called. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay.

Got woken up at 5:30am to the fire alarm blaring - ran downstairs and asked the lobby attendant what was going on... Was told "someone's probably smoking in their room" like this is just a normal occurrence. One of the beds had definitely been laid in after being made prior to our arrival, bedding was stained and had several stray hairs. Luckily, we got to spend all of 4 hours there.
