Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Food options were good and location was close to our daughters school. The only thing was the bathroom shower had an open concept which is very pretty but the wall was too short with no door and the whole floor got drenched and for the price you have street parking or pay for the garage. Wish they just included the garage parking.

Very nice hotel in good location. Very close to Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Free breakfast would have been a great offering! Luigi's Restaurant is must if you like Italian food. Cash only

Facilities are great and clean. The area is newly redone meaning revitalized. The hotel I think is new and parking is conveniently located across the street. Alternate lots located down the street. We literally were there just for the night. Service was good and efficient just not super friendly. No questions about our day amor if there was anything I had questions about. Not rude just not offering up.

The window blinds did not close all the way, the shower had a knocking noice at the temperature I used, and I couldn't connect to the internet and the front desk just told me to keep trying but didn't help further.
