We are Brik, an apartment hotel located on Amager in Copenhagen, housed in a century-old brick building. Our fully equipped apartments draw inspiration from the Bauhaus movement and the areaâs industrial character, using bold primary colors to add a contemporary layer to the historic structure. With easy self check-in and access to our hotel services, we aim to keep travel practical and uncomplicated.
The Space:
This apartment is set up for up to eight guests and is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The layout includes a combined living and kitchen area including a sofa bed and dining table for eight, as well as three separate bedrooms and a balcony. The apartment has been designed with care and set up as a functional, fully equipped home.
At our sister hotel, Dahei, free luggage storage is available in individual, code-secured lockers located in the shared laundry and locker room on the ground floor. Parking is also available at Dahei, including electric car chargers, and can be booked through our Guest Hub, subject to availability.
The building has its own character, and while amenities are consistent across apartments, layouts may vary slightly. This property doesnât have an elevator.
Guest Access:
Our concept is simple: the apartments are fully equipped and carefully designed, accessed through easy self check-in with a personal code, and supported by a 24/7 online reception for anything needed before or during the stay.
Extra services can be arranged through our Guest Hub, including additional housekeeping, late check-out (available for purchase until 1pm, depending on availability), and baby cribs and high chairs at no charge. Free mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for visits of eight nights or more.
Getting around Copenhagen from BRIK is straightforward. Public transport connections are nearby, with metro and bus lines providing easy access to the city center. Cycling is a practical option as well, with bike lanes connecting Amager to the rest of the city. Central areas such as the Inner City or NĂžrrebro are typically reached within 10â15 minutes by bike or public transport. From Lergravsparken, the closest metro station, Copenhagen Airport can be reached in around 7 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
BRIK is located in a residential area, slightly removed from the cityâs busiest areas, with generally lower noise levels. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and pets are not permitted.

The apartment was perfect for traveling with family. We appreciated the shared spaces to start and end our days. The location was also perfect for using the transit system and access to grocery stores. The keyless entry was great and the responsiveness of the reception team was prompt when needed.
Couldnât be more pleased with how everything went. I was sceptical seeing as it was unmanned but the communication throughout was flawless. The apartment was perfect and just what we needed/wanted for our stay. We will definitely be returning in the coming months. Brilliant!!
Recently renovated apartment, with smaller rooms (as shown in the pictures) but perfect for a short stay (we were 6 but sleeps up to 8).
Shops, cafes and waterfront a short walk - as is the station which gets you to the airport or city centre.
Det er en udmĂŠrket lejlighed, stille og rolige omgivelser, rent og pĂŠnt.
UdmÊrket indtryk, men vil man lave mad, sÄ er det ikke det bedste. KÞkkenet er der, men emhÊtten duede ikke, der mangler helt basale kÞkkenredskaber som en grydeske, brÞdkniv osv. det er lidt Êrgerligt, vi har en familiemedlem der lider af allergi, sÄ det er lettest for os selv at lave mad, og ville gerne gÞre det lidt lÊkkert, men det var ikke muligt. En kande til vand, kunne ogsÄ gÞre godt.
Wir waren fĂŒr 5 Tage mit Familie in Kopenhagen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend zentrumsnah und nicht weit vom Amager Strand entfernt. Die Metrostation Lergravsparken ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Die Austattung wirkt sehr neu und war sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sogar frischer Kaffee war da. Wir haben uns die 5 Tage sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen bitte beachten, dass die Wohnung in einer 3 Stunden Parkzone, 8 - 19 Uhr, liegt! Es gibt zwar einen Q-Park Parkplatz, aber nicht gerade gĂŒnstig. wir haben leider eine sehr teure Erfahrung machen mĂŒssen. Besser man parkt im Bereich des Amager Strandes, das ist da nĂ€mlich kostenlos. 10 min FuĂweg oder 1 Metrostation entfernt. Nord Collection ist sehr um seine GĂ€ste bemĂŒht und steht fĂŒr Fragen stĂ€ndig zur VerfĂŒgung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!
The communication was excellent for checkin. The condo has what you need and is very new and clean. The bedding is minimal but I believe very common for other VRBOs in Denmark. For US you may want to request another pillow.
