Hotel is on the airport with a shuttle which is very convenient. It runs regularly. We walked a short distance to a delicious Chinese restaurant on a bike/walking path. The room was very nice but the mattress was too hard for me.

The restaurants were highly priced with mediocre foods. The Bar and Bistro had NO breakfast items that were Gluten-free. Room service took days and I had to call several times for a coffee cup, or an extra blanket. The front desk staff was a hit or miss. Sometimes you felt like a guest, other times, Iike an inconvenience.

Great close to airport

The hotel was great and definitely made an impression. The only not so good part was that we only stayed for a night and couldn’t even have dinner at the restaurant because it was fully booked according to the hostess. But we saw plenty of tables open all night and it was buffet so servers wasn’t the issue.

For such a big grand property it was very lacking. Many of the staff were in training or poorly trained ( front desk and waitstaff). We ate at the bar/lounge for lunch- food was terrible and they were out of many things. Our only offering for dinner was the buffet! We took the transport back to the airport to eat!! The ice bucket and the remote had dirt on them. We were put in a handicap room, which we did not need or want after waiting for 3 hours to check in.
