Maintenance ! I went to the front desk twice requesting to increase or fix the thermostat. The gentleman promised me on the second request someone would either fix the temperature problem or give me a heater. Nothing was done. It was between 18 -19 degrees Celsius in my room!

I was over charged. I already paid for my stay but I still got charge for almost 3 hundred dollars for I don’t know what ? I can’t ask for the charges now that I’m back in the U.S. When I checked out; I just dropped the room card keys in the drop box

All was fine except for two things. First when I went to my room and tried to login to the wifi login that was indicated on my passkey package, that was not the correct login for the “apartment “ side for the hotel. I went down to the apartment front desk where they advised me that was the incorrect information provided. I also noted to the front desk , that the package also indicated free shuttle bus, yet I was charged 5 euros. She returned that to me when I pointed out the discrepancy. On thy whole a lovely hotel.

Staff was not what I expected. the way they treat me everyone check early I been there since 9am they told me I can come back an check in early i waited till 1pm only to find out I have to pay 10euro per hour I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here rude.

We’ve had multiple weather related delays in our trip which I communicated 2 days in advance of our stay and asked if we could swap dates…they refused and quoted their Policy which they have a right to do. Not the friendliest customer service but whatever. We would have stayed with them after the delay. If they had been reasonable and either charged a minimum amount or helped us out by changing the booking id have given them a good rating. The delays were totally out of our control and the other hotels we booked all understood and handled us fairly. As it was we sent two emails (one two days before scheduled and the other the day before) and they didn’t respond to either until after the room charge went thru. I will never book another room there ever in future and I will let my business colleagues know how they treat their customers as well. As we travel to the Netherlands frequently it’s there loss as there are many choices for places to stay!

Airport shuttle was LATE! I called and staff hung up on me. After over an hour, the shuttle came and I got to the hotel. The hotel itself was fine. But, then again, going back to Schiphol was awful due to the rare shuttle.
