I had a great time in Amsterdam. The hotel is very close to the trams and central station. The staff are amazing! The only issue is the noise factor, from the other guest and the elevator. Thin walls

Great view and help with stairs

If you stay in penthouse on 5th floor, elevator only goes to 4th floor. You will need to climb a flight of narrow stairs. Staff is very helpful and will carry your suitcases up this 1 set of stairs and down when you check out. We had a wonderful view from penthouse room 501 of the church and surrounding homes. The birds were flying up to the top of the church and we could watch them up close.

great hotel

very close to train station, large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with heated floors. Fridge but no safe. Very very helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage there overnight when we went elsewhere.

Stunning view of Amsterdam from the Panthouse! The elevator only reached one level below the panthouse so we had to carry our luggage up on the narrow stairway.
