We need sleeping machine so one of the beside table had no power outlet! It was behind the bed and inaccessible. We had to call maintenance and he came with an extension chord so I could plug my sleeping machine! Although the machine should be plugged into wall outlet directly not thro extension chord! But the front desk person took care of the problem promptly

The accommodations were inaccurately represented on Expedia. The rooms lacked privacy, with only a curtain separating guests from the hallway or catwalks, which felt unsettling. Although the room itself was well-updated, the wall window facing the hallway was unexpected and uncomfortable. Consequently, I opted to relocate to the Courtyard. I am highly disappointed in Expedia and their advertising. And now I am out my money as the front guest attendant was more than willing to refund me but then I realized it was through Expedia. And of course I didn’t get insurance when I was convinced I was going to stay there.

We stayed in room 206. The good: room seemed mostly clean. Price was affordable and breakfast was decent. The bad: staff not friendly upon entering. No one smiled or asked if we needed anything. All of the rooms in the hotel have floor to ceiling GLASS wall facing the hallway & where the door to enter is on. The curtain didnt close all the way, so people walking down the hall can & did look right into your room. Huge lack of privacy & we felt a safety concern. The bathroom ligh quit working shortly after our arrival. I tried calling the desk from the room phone & the phone did not work. Nightstand lamp shade was broken & that outlet did not work. The pool itself was just ok. The whole pool is 4' deep, no deeper end. People had left dirty towels laying around. Hot tub jets did not work. Strangely, the pool area is out in the open where guest rooms & lounge area can watch whomever is in the pool. Just a simple gate to get in there. We felt weird and unsafe that was no privacy anywhere in this hotel. We will not be back.
Glass wall facing hallway & the door to enter next to the glass. Not very safe.
You can see the curtain didn't close all the way & we had people walking down the hall looking in. Zero privacy.

Our stay was good. The hotel is very, very spacious. When we arrived we were told there was a restaurant or some kind of area to eat dinner within the hotel and that it closes at 9:30pm. We asked if we could see a menu and she said it was at the bar, also inside the hotel. We searched for this restaurant or eating area...there was an area with tables, but it wasn't a restaurant and whatever it was, was closed. We went to the bar and there was no one working behind it and there wasn't a menu to be found for "dinner." The whole hotel, besides our room smells very strongly of chlorine because there is an indoor pool and hot tub. We did get in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub both need a really big deep clean. The building is very old. They really need to do a ton of updating/upgrading/deep cleaning. The exercise room is very small and in a weird location, which was hard to find. It also smelled really bad in there. So bad that we couldn't stand to be in there but a few minutes. On the good side of things, the breakfast in the morning in that eating area was wonderful. Great food! I would say top notch. It was really great to have in the morning. I was thankful for it. Our king sized bedroom was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. Big tv, mini refrigerator, keurig and microwave. AC worked in our room. The shower had great water pressure, but the shower curtain is way too short, so water goes all over the floor. It was fine for a one night stay.

The bathroom was dirty with old decaying grout and chips in the tub. The vent above the door was half off the wall and went straight thru to the hallway. The heating vent was extremely loud and leaked water at the bottom. The ice bucket top was rusted and covered with some stuck on substance.

Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. On the second night, a group of about 15 teenagers were yelling and slamming doors for well over an hour so loud the police had to be called. Went to tell the front desk about the experience on checkout but the deal was not manned and only had a bucket to return the keys. Staff could have been nicer and more professional in appearance.

Hotel built in 1961 with mid century design i like moderniziation hit and miss. Large windows appealing. Room was fine. King bed comfortable. Nice they have a desk and dining table. Fridge temperature is not accurate froze my complimentary bottle of water. Lamps on nightstand large with only one outlet. I like more bedside outlets thatvi dont have to crawl on floor to find extension cord. I will bring my own in future. Overall nice stay for good price close to university. I paid $10 for 1:00 checkout very appreciated
