This was my 2nd time staying here. While I do love the rooms and location overall, this particular stay wasn't up to par with the last one. There was only one working elevator so it took me almost an hour to unload my car due to the elevator wait times. The parking garage keypad is pretty beat up. The patio doors in the room were very difficult to open and close, and they wouldn't lock which I wasn't fond of for security purposes. There was no remote for the bedroom TV so we could only watch TV in the living room. We didn't have any wash clothes but luckily I brought some from home. There were some strange red stains on the carpet in one bedroom and broken lamp shades. We still enjoyed our visit but the property may need to look into some minor upgrades to fix these issues. Will more than likely stay here again but will probably try to request the room I stayed in for my 1st visit.

Room was very clean, came with a balcony and a washer/dryer stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer. It would have been nice to be able to smoke on your private balcony that was the only downfall of the room.

The rooms are always clean, good location, overall the staff will work with you and try to accommodate you. They’re quick to respond via email. I use my laptop for work and the wifi is really fast and never has issues. The only thing I’d mention is the hot water rarely works, it gets lukewarm for a couple minutes and then straight to cold. Other than that, I love staying here and absolutely would recommend to friends or family.

Yes, My room was neglected. The sofa was broken, not hot water, the toilet didn't work. Had no number to call manger. All housekeeping didn't understand English. Email. the support team they won't responded back to email at all

I paid my reservation in full in advance. Checkin is 4pm i didnt get my checkin info until 6pm. The room was ok though no dish detergent only 1 fork no kleenex, someones bodywash was left in the shower and the patio door was open upon my arrival. Upon departure before 11am checkout time i was locked out when going back for my final back, and had to call customer service.. the cust service number advised that they no longer handle instances for dorsen stay

place was good value, clean and nice. A couple of minor hiccups. Had to request bedding for the sleeper couch after we couldn't find it late at night and my son had to sleep without it. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so it wouldn't stay up. It's a bit unpleasant that there is no phone # to call for assistance, just email or other slow response mechanisms. Overall good and would stay there again.

Nice, spacious room. Felt like a real apartment with a full kitchen. Big bed, nice balcony. Couch was slightly dirty. Like uncleanable dirty. Shower was not hot. It was like warm and for the weather being in the low teens- maybe that’s why?! But was sad about that. Area is pretty absent of food, shops but everything is so close. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but it’s just downstairs. Parking access was easy and honestly felt like it was safe in the space under the building.

We had a good stay at Dorsen Stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept, though it felt a bit smaller than expected at first. The bed is firm but comfortable, and while it’s mostly quiet, you may occasionally hear car horns or emergency vehicles from the bedroom. The kitchen is modern with good counter space, an extra-wide sink, garbage disposal, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and a working microwave. Internet speed was excellent, which was a big plus. One downside is the small, flimsy dish rack, which can cause water to spill onto the counters. The bathroom is very large with great water pressure. Storage includes a large walk-in closet, though shelving and nightstand drawer space are limited. The couch looks nice but lacks back pillows (using bedroom pillows helped). Patio furniture is basic. Important check-in note: the apartment number was not included in the check-in messages. We figured it out because the last three digits of both the Wi-Fi name and password match the unit number. Also, check-in is strict at 4:00 PM, when the access code activates. Parking is first-come, first-served. There’s a trash chute near the elevator, but it’s small, so don’t overfill bags. A big convenience is Publix and Walgreens about 1½ blocks away (5 minutes). Minor issues included a loose tub drain stopper and a balcony door lock that didn’t always stay engaged. Overall, a solid, comfortable apartment-style stay with fast internet and good nearby conveniences.
