Whenever I had complaints, the staff were quick to respond when I'd visit the front desk - a definite plus. However, the complaints included a lamp that wouldn't turn on, leftover trash in the ice bucket from a previous guest that housekeeping missed, no answers by guest services when I'd try reaching them by the room phone, lack of heat in the room when it was cold outside, and a towel with a stain that was not completely cleaned after presumably being laundered. Also, the booking site said check-out time was 12pm so I planned my schedule accordingly, only to learn after arriving that check-out time is actually 11am. Please also note that when the hotel description mentions guests receiving a $10 food and beverage voucher per day, this comes out of the "destination fee" that guests are obligated to pay. In other words, guests PAY for this $10 food and beverage voucher themselves - and they can only be used on the property. So it's not really a benefit or gift. Overall, staying at the property was okay. I cannot emphasize enough that the staff were responsive and courteous. Though I don't think I'd be staying here again personally.

I had a great stay over the weekend! the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but what really made my stay stand out was the amazing costumer service. Kayla at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. She was kind professional and super accommodating- truly the kind of person who makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Thank you Kayla, for making my stay so pleasant!

First room/key they gave me didn't work. Had to go back down and get a different room. Second room was assigned. That room's AC wouldn't change and was freezing the entirety of my stay. Room had no pillows. Picked up the phone to call guest services, and the phone was almost inaudible. I could only faintly make out what guest services was saying, but I made out that they'd send someone up right away with pillows. No one came, so I slept on a rolled-up towel the first night. No lotion in the bathroom - called down the next morning and they said they had none at the front desk, sorry. Later that afternoon on my return, housekeeping had not come so still no pillows or lotion. Went physically down to front desk and asked for both. Lotion was now available at front desk, and then pillows made their way up within an hour. In general, the room was not well-maintained. Sink did not drain. Drawers of the cabinets wouldn't fully shut. Big visible gap under the room door. Staff wasn't very friendly, they were just there.

I am a senior citizen and had to stand in line for almost 2 hours to check in. I was told that I had to deposit $100 for incidentals but would be returned on checkout if everything in the room was in order. When I arrived in the room the bathroom sink was almost clogged because it took the water forever to drain out. I noticed that a metal piece on back of the chair at the desk had a hairline crack and the security lock on the door was broken. I tried calling several times to report but no one answered the phone. I finally went to the front desk the next day and reported it to Laura. She said she made note of it. I finally talked with a lady in housekeeping, but she didn't speak English but did say she would notify her supervisor. I never heard from anyone during my stay. I mentioned it as I was checking out and was told by the manager, "I am so sorry, but it's nothing I can do." Then I was surprised by the destination fee of $27.23 per day. I was never informed of this when I checked in. On a good note, the bed was comfortable.

Everything was fine overall. Areas to improve: Drinking water availability could be better. Please consider adding microwaves in the rooms. The pool area is not very family-friendly — it was quite dark and cold, and there were several intoxicated guests behaving inappropriately, which made it uncomfortable for families with children.

Bad Communication!

We never got to stay there, they had a problem with south tower that they had known about since Tuesday, Friday was check in. They moved us to another hotel, but they could have emailed that info out so we would not have to have unloaded car and valet parked it. Should have notified and sent us strait to the other hotel. Offered no perks either.
