Other Things to Note:

We have limited on-site parking for rent. Please check the availability with us in advance. The height limit is about 1.7M, only suitable for small-medium sized car.



The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!



The elevator is out of service currently, it only stops on level 1 & level 6 at the moment, this apartment is on level 2 which means you will need to climb 1 level up by the stairway, also a planned elevator upgrade work has arranged to fix this issue in April 2026, but the time frame hasn't confirmed yet, it all depends on the parts shippment from overseas and technician work schedule, please consider before book it.



This is a well-maintained older apartment that undergoes professional cleaning after each guest check out. While we take good pride in its upkeep, please kindly note that some signs of natural wear and tears are present, rather than the feel of a newly built modern apartment, it won't show on the listing photos, please consider before book it thank you.
