"Parking was okay, (not hotel owned). The hotel location itself wasn’t too bad. Staff was wildly disrespectful, made me feel out of place and as if I didn’t belong. I travel a lot 6-7 times a year and I’ve never had a hotel staff this rude, interrupting me, answering a phone while helping me then hung up as they were mid sentence so they interrupted me just to give more poor service to some else. They gave me side eyes as I sat in the lobby waiting for my friends to get downstairs. It’s a shame too because my room was very nice The toilet didn’t flush in one of the rooms I reserved (I reserved 2). All around mediocre stay."

The only thing I found a little odd was charging for use of hand soap in the bathrooms. There were also snacks in the room but at a large fee. Overall, I would book again for the confidence and cleanliness!"
