The person who checked us in was cold and unfriendly, though the valet staff and doormen were warm and welcoming. Our room was dusty (on the counters, coffee area, floor, and in the bathroom) and felt dated. I’m not sure this room was vacuumed or wiped down well before arrival. The beds were sunken in, with a mattress topper likely added instead of replacing them. The highlights were the clean lobby and the bar/restaurant—great food, drinks, and excellent service from the waiters and bartender.
