Location location location! Steps from the beach! Ocean views from the great room, unobstructed ocean views from the rooftop deck, with great bay views as well.

We loved staying here; the views from the second floor & roof are gorgeous. Beds very comfy!

The house is unique- very artsy & whimsically decorated. The kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of beach towels. Overall a very comfortable house; my only complaint was that there is only one adult bicycle available; I managed to ride a child’s bike but it wasn’t easy. Other than that, the house is a wonderful place to stay, and the owner is very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this house 😊

Fun in the Sun

Amazing rental!

Close to the ferry and right on the beach, this house was the perfect getaway with a group of 8 friends. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Perfect Location for beach lovers

The roundhouse views are unbeatable, and only STEPS from the beach which is very convenient. 6 girls including myself stayed comfortably in the three bedrooms. We did spend a lot of time on the awesome rooftop enjoying the views and the sunrise/sunsets. Owner was available for questions and recommendations during our stay. Not sure if there was a wagon available for use, but it definitely would have made it that much more convenient since it's a little less than a 1/2 mile walk. All the girls are all ready to book again and go back to the round house!

We loved the roundhouse! We were delighted with the details and location of the house! We stayed 10 days with our two sons, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. We found Fair Harbor to be enchanting, and we would stay in the roundhouse again!

Wasn't at all happy with my stay. House has a stale smell when you walk in door. 3 Bedrooms are very cramped with small bathrooms. A very (dangerous) spiral steep staircase to get to both 2 nd floor & deck. Kitchen in great need of updating. Old broken wicker "living room"furniture made it uncomfortable for all to hang out. Overall- pictures very deceiving.

So close you can hear the waves. Theres even a wrap around second story balcony. Its a very unique rustic beach house. Would love to go back when the weather is warmer.

Although a verry chilly memorial weekend, we had a great time in the house! The house has a beautiful 360 view from its roof top deck. You can see the bay and are just steps from the ocean. So close you can hear the waves. Theres even a wrap around second story balcony. Its a very unique rustic beach house. Would love to go back when the weather is warmer.
