"Stayed at Park Central South Beach and honestly, the experience was frustrating despite some decent aspects.
The first shock was that there is no elevator in Building 2. This is something that should absolutely be disclosed upfront. To make things worse, there is only one luggage trolley, so I had to wait nearly 20 minutes after check-in just to get it—and still ended up carrying some of my luggage up two floors.
The biggest issue, however, was the valet service. Checkout was at 11 AM, and I requested my car at 11:05. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes, which is reasonable—but I didn’t receive my car until 1 PM. That’s almost a 2-hour wait, with zero proactive communication.
What made it worse was the front desk attitude. Instead of acknowledging the delay or helping, I was told it was my responsibility to plan accordingly. That’s unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby and trying to make it to the airport on time.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor logistics, and indifferent customer service overshadowed everything else. Good luck to anyone staying here—be prepared for unnecessary stress, especially during checkout."
