Tv in our room was inoperable. Staff unable to help no manager on duty no tech on duty. Refused to give us a discount because manage would have to approve. Nothing they could do because we booked through a 3rd party company. Missed 2 football games and the morning weather and news.

Everything was very clean. The room was serviced well while we were out except for straightening up the beds which was odd On the last night of our stay it was noticed we were not given any coffee packs for morning which was a bummer. All in all it was okay. Clean and no major issues.

The stay was great. The only concern was that our room was close to the breakfast area. The chairs were noisy on the floor. We could here them in our room. I believe some leg tips on the chairs would help cut down on the noise.

Ok for the price

Toilet paper holder is in a weird place. There was no info given about the time of pool open/close at check in. The light message on the phone was flashing red with no instructions as to how to get it to stop. Pool and hot tub were nice and room was clean.
