"Overall, this is a very nice hotel that we recommend. Our room was clean and towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and staff there were very friendly. The location is very convenient, and the hotel is very quiet and nice. One star off for the following: our room was so small we were tripping over our bags and there was not adequate furniture to unpack into, so we needed to keep our clothing in our bags and keep opening and closing them so we could navigate. Also, it was not cool enough in our room, even after maintenance came at our request about it. He cleaned the filter, which was filthy, and assured us it would make it very cool in the room. However, we were not able/allowed to adjust the temp further down, and it was too hot in the room at night, given that the bedding consisted of European heavy duvet only. We would stay here again, but we would upgrade to a larger room next time and I would ask them to please give guests more ability to adjust the temp down further."
