"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with the Piccadilly Line station just outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in London. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They really contributed to making our stay a pleasant experience. The room itself was good and comfortable. The only downside was that the wall-to-wall carpeting felt a little dated and could probably use an update. It was also possible to hear some noise from neighboring rooms, especially when one of our neighbors was talking loudly. That said, some level of noise is something you have to expect when staying in a hotel. Overall, the excellent location and exceptional staff far outweighed the minor drawbacks. We would happily stay here again."

"Good AC in small room. Bath has large, high tub for showering (a little dangerous for stepping in & out. Not much room for makeup or toiletries. Loved that frig was stocked with free drinks and can requested more. Also, free snacks, such as popcorn & cookies which were greatly appreciated. Water bottles also supplied. Staff very nice & accommodative. Quiet hotel. Great location, especially for subway stop."

"Excellent staff, perfect for our needs. Easily accessible from the Earl's Court station. The neighbor was very nice, lots of food options within waking distance. I only wish we had a couple more feet of space for the luggage (some storage under the bed), but overall I thought it was lovely. Thank you to all the staff."
