"Location was excellent. The staff was friendly ans helpful. Breakfast was good, he gym was okej and the room was nice. We needed a taxi to Heathrow because there was a strike on the underground and the concierge helped us perfectly."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Drey! It’s a tiny room but it’s clean and it’s a comfy sleep. We had a hot water issue in the shower and they switched our room right away. The only drawback is that not all rooms have a TV. Thanks for a great stay. -Nikki"

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
