"If you need a good location and that's the main thing for you, then Millennium is the place for you. The rooms are outdated and far from what you'll get in a fairly modern hotel. Fixtures are outdated as well. The TV looked farely of modern era but the remote wasnt working (remote was at least 7-10yrs old). No in-room info about standard hotel schedule -checkout, breakfast etc, and the phone wasn't working in my room (worked in my friends room). The exterior and reception looked good and grand. The location was excellent, staff great, check-in process smooth, and enough restaurants and things to so right around you. The rooms however need work and that was a downer for me."

"Just spent nearly a week at the Copthorne Tara. Room was a bit shabby and dated ( although I don’t care about the latter), but clean. And for what I paid, the size of the room was great, and it was just a standard double. Staff helpful. Excellent location near the High Street Kensington Tube stop, and Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens, which is important to me because I love wandering through that park."

"Here’s a draft for your negative review: --- “Shockingly small and wildly overpriced” ★☆☆☆☆ I regret booking this place. The room is unbelievably tiny — barely enough space to turn around. It contains only two bunk beds and a little sink. That’s it. And here’s the kicker: that sink is the ONLY sink in the entire room. There is no sink in the bathroom. None. You have to wash your hands or brush your teeth in the same tiny sink next to the bunks. When I raised concerns, the management simply said they “rent the beds, not the room.” Fine, but at $160 per night — per night! — for just a couple of bunks and no proper bathroom sink, this is an absolute rip-off. London has many expensive options, but this feels like a hostel pretending to be something else. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else."
